Selecting the 90° Blade Cartridge Outside Cuts 

These instructions will show how to select the 90° Blade Cartridge for the outside cut on the CMC Z1 and Z (9000z).  

Select the 90° Blade Cartridge Outside Cut

  • Bring the project to the Cutting Preview screen. 

  • Click Set Advanced Options to access the Advanced Outside Options. 

  • Toggle the Cut Outside Using 90 Degree Tool to On from the Advanced Outside Options screen. 

  • This will use the 90 Degree Cartridge when cutting the outside.

  • Select the desired Outside Cut Option from the Advanced Outside Options for cutting the outside of the mat and click OK. 

  • Select Off to not cut the outside of the mat.

  • Optionally, select the desired Outside Cut Option for cutting the outside of the mat from the Cut Preview. 

  • Select Off to not cut the outside of the mat.

  • Click Cut.

  • Insert the 90° blade cartridge when prompted.
