Assembling the Finished Box

Below is a list of support documentation for assembling the boxes after cutting them out.

Box 1: Telescoping Lid Box 

Select this topic to see information on assembling Box 1: Telescoping Lid BoxThis box consists of a separate base and lid. The base and lid can be cut separately. 

Box 2: Corner Protector

Select this topic to see information on assembling Box 2: Corner ProtectorThis box is meant to be placed on the four corners of framed artwork to protect them during transport while the customer brings it home. 

Box 3: Tuck Top Box

Select this topic to see information on assembling Box 3: Tuck Top Box. This box is similar to a pizza box, where the box lid tucks into the base to close. This is cut from one piece of material.

Box 4: Sliding Sleeves

Select this topic to see information on assembling Box 4: Sliding Sleeves. This box consists of two pieces of board that fold around the object and then tuck into itself to create the box. The base and lid can be cut separately.  

Box 5: Storage Box

Select this topic to see information on assembling Box 5: Storage BoxThis box is a clam-shell box, where the top folds and encloses around the bottom piece. This is cut from one piece of material.

Box 6: Snap Bottom Box

Select this topic to see information on assembling Box 6: Snap Bottom BoxThe sides fold over to create the box. For one end, the flaps tuck into each other to close. For the remaining end, a tab tucks into a flap to seal the box. This is cut from one piece of material. 

Box 7: Lock Tab Folding Box

Select this topic to see information on assembling Box 7: Lock Tab Folding Box.  The material folds over and tucks into tabs to form the sides. The lid folds over and tucks into the base then insert the tabs at the end into the base the secure the box. This is cut from one piece of material.
