If the Oval Outside has a Feather, Decrease the Oval Rotation.

A Feather in an Oval Outside is a Fringe of material left behind where the cut started and ended on the Oval.
The Oval Rotation controls for Bumps or Feathers on an Oval.
When adjusting Configurations, click the Plus (Increase) or Minus (Decrease) button on the desired field about five times.
Click OK and do another test cut.
Continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved.
