The FrameShop software does not see the ECU and gives a Click to Connect or a Could not connect to ECU message.
Click the Click to Connect button.
If that does not connect the software to the ECU, follow the instructions below.
Close FrameShop.
Turn off the ECU.
Unplug the USB cable from the back of the ECU and from the computer.
Replug in the USB cable to the back of the ECU and to the computer.
Turn on the ECU.
Reopen the FrameShop software.
The software should now detect the ECU.
