Check the software measurements to make sure that images taken with the camera are displayed at the correct scale, so that art, mats and frame moulding will display proportionally correct.
Open the FrameShop software and click on Visualize.
The dimensions of the image displays on the Selected Regionwidth and height boxes.
The dimensions of the image should be correct, within approximately 1/8 inches. If the dimensions are correct and the image still appears “square,” then the camera is
