Samples Preview When Applying Regions

  • As selections are made, they are displayed in the horizontal preview and on the Corner Sample pane. 

  • The vertical preview area along the left side displays the current selection and how the edges line up. User can move and adjust the selection until the repeating pattern is as desired.

Rotate Selection

  • Since samples are rarely perfectly laid out, you can rotate the selection to match the frame/texture/art angle.  

  • Click on selection rectangle to put it in focus.

  • Click on the handle on the right side of the selection and drag it up/down to rotate the selection.

  • Release the cursor to set the selection at the desired angle.
