The 45°+ Cartridge cuts the bevel angle on the thicker matboard at 45°.

This angle can be is displayed on either the front Front or the back Back of the mat or drop depending upon the selected Bevel Type.

The Bevel Type refers to the angle at which the blade cuts the surface of the matboard when it deviates from the 90° right angle cut.

The Bevel Type determines the initial blade plunge position.

The black 45°+ Blade Depth must be above 16 in order for the CMC to prompt for the 45°+ Cartridge.Cartridge is labeled with a 45° Angle Symbol and Plus Symbol on the end.

The 45°+ Blade Cartridge is not selected within the Editor; it is set by using a Blade Depth above 16 on the Cut Preview.

Older systems may have a 45°+ Yellow Plastic Blade Cartridge.
