On the Advanced Outside Options screen, set the Cut Mode to As Designed.
The Cut Mode matches the selections from the Outside Cut Options as described above.
This can be helpful when coming from Trace or Nesting where you had already selected how you want the Outside(s) to be cut.
If you have Remnant Trimming on, it will also cut off the scrap edge.
