Replace Motor

Remove Blade and hold Head with Head Latch on top.

Insert new motor into position, lining up motor/Head screw holes.

Loosely finger-tighten 5/32” Allen screws, and push motor upwards, then let motor drop about 1/16”.

Fully tighten Allen Screws into place.

Rotate and plunge/unplunge footblock and check for any binding. If you feel any binding in the gears, loosen the Allen Screws holding the motor in place and pull it down slightly, then retighten. Repeat as necessary.
