Click on a V-Groove object. Click on the Properties Tab to edit the individual proprietary adjustments available for V-Groove objects. Optionally, Right-Click on the V-Groove and select Edit to open the V-Groove Properties. |   |
VG Opening | |

The VG Opening section allows the user to enter a label to the current V-Groove, or select a different template instead of the V-Groove. | |
Label Enter the desired text in the Label field which will be displayed on the V-Groove opening. This overwrites the default label displaying the opening size if toggled on in the Defaults or on the Editor Edit Menu. Change to Template Click the Change to Template button to access the Template Library. Select a different template instead of the V-Groove. To change the template SHAPE of the V-Groove, see Template Number and Name below. |   |

Use the Dimension Section to edit and/or lock the V-Groove object dimensions, set the X/Y positioning, or rotate the V-Groove. | |
Width Enter the V-Groove Width dimension. Height Enter the V-Groove Height dimension. Sizes Button The Sizes button displays a list of Recent and Standard sizes. Swap Button The Swap button switches the values between the width and height fields. |   |
Lock or Unlock Size | |

Click the unlock icon toggle to Lock the size of the current V-Groove opening. Conversely, click the locked icon toggle to Unlock the size of the current V-Groove opening. |  |

Distance | |

The Distance is the space between the V-Groove and the object the V-Groove is attached to in the Attach To field. If the V-Groove is not attached to anything, the Distance field is grayed out. NOTE: Offsetting the V-Groove from an object when initially placing the V-Groove does not automatically attach the V-Groove to that object. |  |
Changing the Distance number will offset the V-Groove the new distance from the object it is attached to. If the object is resized, the V-Groove is also resized proportionately and remains the Distance entered in the distance field from the object it is attached to. |  |
