Check the software measurements to make sure that images taken with the camera are displayed at the correct scale, so that art, mats and frame moulding will display proportionally correct.
Open the FrameShop software and click on Visualize.
Default Settings:
Images: Application Default Setting
Get Scale on File Load: Application Default Setting
Limit Image Size: Application Default Setting
Wizard Wink Camera: Editor Default Setting
Camera Defaults: Editor Default Settings
Camera Timeout: Editor Default Setting
Camera Retries: Editor Default Setting
Camera Init Timeout: Editor Default Setting
Place a measuring tape on the design table.
Click the Take Picture button on the Images tab.
If there is more than one device available, select the desired camera from the dropdown control on the Camera Capture Screen.
Click the Take Picture button.
A photo of the measuring tape is displayed.
Click the Set New Scale button.
Draw a box Horizontally along the Ruler; take as long of a measurement as possible as this improves the software's measurements.
A screen opens requesting the Width Measurement.
Enter the specific width that was measured within this box.
Click OK.
The Scale for the camera is now set.
