• The #106 Mixed template allows the user to select a different template for each layer.

• Use the Template Properties to edit the individual proprietary adjustments available for the template objects.

Templatesare specialized parametric shape generators created by Wizard.

Many of the templates have additional Properties that can be edited which can change the shape, curves and corners of the design as well as a wide assortment of Parameters.

The Template Library displays the different templates that are available for use.

• This example shows the Mixed Template using template 606 Arrow Hd Sm on the top layer and template 604 Taos on the bottom layer.

• Default Settings: See Admin > Defaults Layer Direction: Application Default Setting for the default settings for the Layer Direction.

• Change the Template with the Template Name and Number Button.

The Style button displays the current Template Name and Number in the Design Editor. 

Click the Template Name and Number to select a new Template from the Template Library.

• Default Settings:

• See Admin > Defaults Standard Sizes: Application Default Setting for the default settings for the Sizes dropdown control.

• See Admin > Editor Outside Size: Editor Default Setting for the default settings for the default Outside and Size.

• See Opening Size: Editor Default Setting for the default settings for the default Opening Size.

The Sizes Button displays the Recent and Standard sizes. 

Recent lists the last ten sizes entered.

Standard lists Standard sizes associated with the current unit of measurement.

The Swap Button switches the values between the width and height fields.

The Rotation function in the Design Editor is the action of rotating the selected object(s) around an axis or center by the specified number of degrees.

• You cannot directly select a Non-Blade Cartridge for a Template Layer.

• You must place the Non-Blade Cartridge object first and then edit it to display the desired Template shape.

• Do not click the Change to Template button, as that will change the Deboss to the Template instead of changing the Deboss shape.
