Vendors Defaults

Info

  • The Vendors section displays the current vendors in the database.

  • Click on the Vendors button in the Admin section of the Main Screen to open the Vendors section.

If the Desired Vendor is not Listed

  • The desired Vendor is not listed in the Vendors section.

  • Unselect the Show Subscribed Only to view all of the vendors.

  • Select the Show Subscribed Only to view only the vendors subscribed to.

  • Go to the Subscriptiontab to Subscribe to the desired Vendor to add them to the subscribed list.

  • Select the Show Subscribed Only checkbox to display only the vendors that you are subscribed to.

Subscribing to a Vendor gives you electronic updates to that vendor’s Content.

If the user does not Subscribe to a particular Vendor, that Vendor's Content will not be displayed within the software.

  • The Subscribed checkbox is checked if you are Subscribed to that vendor; it is unchecked if you are not.

Vendor Name

  • The Vendor Name is displayed in the Name field.

Short Name

Info

  • The Short Name for the vendor is displayed on the Short Name field.  

Vendor Prefix

Info

  • The vendor prefix is displayed on the Vendor Prefix field. 

Info

  • This is an alpha-numeric prefix code for this vendor, and will precede the SKU numbers in the framing ticket.

Subscribed

Info

  • The Subscribed checkbox is selected if you are subscribed to this Vendor.

  • Only SubscribedVendors will have their content displayed in the software.
