Problem

  • If the FrameShop software does not see the ECU

and gives

  • , it will give a Click to Connect or a Could not connect to ECU message.

Resolution

  • Click the Click to Connect button.

  • If that does not connect the software to the ECU, follow the instructions below.

  • Close FrameShop.

Image Removed

  • Turn off the ECU.

  • Unplug the USB cable from the back of the ECU and from the computer.

  • Replug in the USB cable to the back of the ECU and to the computer.

  • Turn on the ECU.

  • Reopen the FrameShop software.

  • The software should now detect the ECU.
