First Cut of V-Groove:

Cuts the Interior V-Groove Line.
Cuts into Fallout, not the matboard.
Cuts Clockwise.
This uses the Inside Rotation.

Second Cut of V-Groove:

Cuts the Exterior V-Groove Line.
Cuts into Matboard, not the fallout.
Cuts Counter-Clockwise.
This uses the Outside Rotation.
