V-Groove Outside has a Swoop

Problem:

  • The Outside cut of the non-oval V-Groove has Swoops.

Resolution:

  • Decrease the Outside Rotation.

Info

  • To adjust, click plus/minus on the field about five times.

  • Click OK and do another test cut.

  • Continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved.

V-Groove Outside has a Flare

Problem:

  • The Outside cut of the non-oval V-Groove has Flare.

Resolution:

  • Increase the Outside Rotation value.
