Problem

  • The FrameShop software does not see the ECU and gives a Click to Connect or a Could not connect to ECU message.

This will show you how to reconnect the ECU to FrameShop.

Resolution

  • Close FrameShop.

  • Turn off the ECU.

  • Unplug the USB cable from the back of the ECU and from the computer.
