Troubleshooting the Backup/Overcut Display | |

The Cut Preview displays the current design on the screen. Using one of the zoom buttons, zoom in to the desired section of the project. | |
Make sure that the Backups (red green or black lines) and Overcuts (green red or white lines) colors are visible. | |
The cursor will turn into an arrow with a question mark. Click on the desired overcut or backup line that you are having trouble with. | |
The Appropriate Cartridge Tab is Selected and the Configuration Field Associated to the Line Clicked on Will Be Highlighted | It will open the Configurations screen with the Cartridge selected and the specific Backup or Overcut field selected. |
