Air Clamp Cleaning |

Debris has a chance to build up behind the Air Clamp on the CMC 8000. The debris will bow the Air Clamp out into the rail. This is apparent if the customer places a piece of matboard into the lower rail and slides it to the left, and it begins to bind up. |

Remove the Air Clamp Rail. See Board: Air Clamp: Air Clamp Replacement: CMC 8500, 8000 and 5000 for instructions. | |
Remove the Air Clamp. | |
Clean out debris. | |
Replace the Air Clamp and the Air Clamp Rail. | |
