Select the desired object.
Select New Guide.
Select New Guide From Other.
A Guide is a Red Line marker used as a reference to help align and position objects, allowing them to snap into place along the Guide.
Full Definition: Guide Definition
Select the Direction checkbox for the Guide.
Enter the Distance from the opening to place the Guide.
Click OK.
The Positioning Toggle determines whether the Guide is placed on the top or bottom layer of the opening.
Several Guides can be placed at the same time with this screen.
Negative numbers can be entered to place a Guide within the opening.
The Guide is placed.
Openings can be moved and snapped to the Guide line.
