Vendors Defaults

The Vendors section displays the current vendors in the database.
- If the desired vendor is not listed, see If the Desired Vendor is not Listed topic below.

Click on the Vendors button in the Admin section of the Main Screen to open the Vendors section.

Default Settings:
See Admin > Subscription for the default settings for Subscribing to Vendors.
See Admin > Frames for the default settings for Frame Records for Vendors you are Subscribed to.
See Admin > Mats for the default settings for Mat Records for Vendors you are Subscribed to.

If the Desired Vendor is not Listed
The desired Vendor is not listed in the Vendors section. Go to the Subscription tab to Subscribe to the desired Vendor to add them to the subscribed list.

Show Subscribed Vendors Only

Select the Show Subscribed Only checkbox to display only the vendors that you are subscribed to.

Select the Show Subscribed Only to view only the vendors subscribed to.
Unselect the Show Subscribed Only to view all of the vendors.

Subscription Definition

Subscribing to a Vendor gives you electronic updates to that vendor’s Content.

If the user does not Subscribe to a particular Vendor, that Vendor's Content will not be displayed within the software.

Selected Vendor Information
The Selected Vendor Information section displays the name and prefix information for the currently selected vendor. The Subscribed checkbox is checked if you are Subscribed to that vendor; it is unchecked if you are not. Subscription Definition Subscribing to a Vendor gives you electronic updates to that vendor’s Content. If the user does not Subscribe to a particular Vendor, that Vendor's Content will not be displayed within the software. Vendor Name The Vendor Name is displayed in the Name field. Short Name The Short Name for the vendor is displayed on the Short Name field.
Vendor Prefix The vendor prefix is displayed on the Vendor Prefix field. This is an alpha-numeric prefix code for this vendor, and will precede the SKU numbers in the framing ticket. Subscribed The Subscribed checkbox is selected if you are subscribed to this Vendor. Only Subscribed Vendors will have their content displayed in the software. Subscribed is selected when the Vendor is Subscribed. Subscribed is unselected when the Vendor is Unsubscribed.
