  • The 52 Degree Cartridge cuts a 52° bevel into the matboard.

The 52° Cartridge cuts the matboard surface with the blade angled at 52°. This angle can be displayed on either the front or the back of the mat or drop depending upon the selected Bevel Type.

The Bevel Type refers to the angle at which the blade cuts the surface of the matboard when it deviates from the 90° right angle cut.

The Bevel Type determines the initial blade plunge position.

 52° Normal Bevel Opening Full Definition

The 52° Normal Bevel Opening is created by cutting into the matboard surface with the blade angled at 52°, thereby slanting the bevel away from the matboard surface.

The matboard core is visible from the front.

The Bevel Type refers to the angle at which the blade cuts the surface of the matboard when it deviates from the 90° right angle cut.

The Bevel Type determines the initial blade plunge position.

A 52° Normal Bevel Closed V-Groove involves two symmetrical cuts: one in the matboard and a corresponding cut in the fallout, both forming a mirrored arrangement.
