Creating a Deboss Template Shape

  • If you want to use the Deboss for a template shape, you would need to create a Deboss opening and then select the template shape for it in the Deboss Properties screen.

 Template Definition

Templates are specialized parametric shape generators created by Wizard.

Many of the templates have additional Properties that can be edited which can change the shape, curves and corners of the design as well as a wide assortment of Parameters.

The Template Library displays the different templates that are available for use.

Creating a Deboss Element

  • If an object is selected when clicking Add Deboss, the Deboss Offset window will open. 

  • Enter the distance away from the current opening to place the Deboss.

  • The Deboss is placed.

Editing Deboss Template Shape

  • Click on the Properties tab to edit the Deboss element.

Template Number and Name

  • The Template Number and Name button displays the template number and name of the selected Deboss shape.

  • Click the Template Number and Name button.

  • The Template Library will open.

  • Select a different template SHAPE for the Deboss. Templates not available for this function are not displayed.  

  • The Deboss element will be changed to a template shape.
