V-Groove Distance: Editor Default Setting

Set the default Offset distance from the selected object to place the V-Groove, Deboss, Pen or Crease.

V-Groove

A Normal Bevel Closed V-Groove involves two symmetrical cuts: one in the matboard and a corresponding cut in the fallout, both forming a mirrored arrangement.
The matboard is sliced halfway through the thickness and the matboard core is visible from the front.

Deboss Cartridge

The Deboss Cartridge stylus presses onto the surface of the matboard to create a subtle design.
There are three Deboss Cartridge sizes with a Deboss Symbol on the Cartridge end: Thin, Medium, Wide.

Pen Cartridge

The Pen Cartridge is used to draw onto the surface of the matboard on the CMC to create a design.
The Pen is labeled in the software with a Pen Tip Icon.

Crease Cartridge

The Crease Cartridge is used to apply Crease marks that are used to assist in folding the thicker finished Box.
The Crease Cartridge is labeled in the software with a Perforation Symbol.
