Cut the Outside On: Cut Preview Toggle

Use the Cut the Outside toggle to select Cutting or Not Cutting the Outside of the mat.

Click the Cut Outside toggle On to cut the outside of the mat.
The outside of the mat will now cut.
Optionally, select Options > Cut Outside.

Default Settings:
Cut the Outside: Editor Default Setting

Cut the Outside Off: Cut Preview Toggle
Click the Cut Outside toggle Off to not cut the outside of the mat. The outside of the mat will not be cut. Default Settings: Cut the Outside: Editor Default Setting
