Check the Even Borders checkbox to apply the same value to all Four Borders when one value is changed.
The Even Borders setting does not affect resizing the Borders with the mouse.
The Even Borders setting only affects the edit fields on the Borders Properties Tab.
Default Settings: See Even Borders: Editor Default Setting for the default settings for the default setting for Even Borders.
Uncheck the Even Borders checkbox to edit each border entry individually.
