USB HUB for Improved ECU/Driver Pack Connection Performance: CMC 8000, 8500 Series and the 9000
If you experience connectivity issues between the ECU or Driver Pack and the CMC, it is recommended placing a USB Hub between the ECU or Driver Pack and the computer.
The ECU and Driver Pack are signal amplifiers that control the CMC.
Some Computer systems have problems with USB compatibility or stability.
In many cases this can be alleviated by adding a USB Hub inline between the Computer and the ECU/Driver Pack.
A USB Hub can help particularly if the CMC is stopping or dropping in the middle of cuts or if the Computer does not always recognize the ECU/Driver Pack.
The USB Hub can be found online or at a computer store.
