SmartClamps™ for Zero Waste: CMC Z Series

  • This topic shows how to use the SmartClamps™ on the CMC Z Series Board for zero-waste cutting.

Interference Check

  • When you click Cut, the system will do an Interference Check to see if any of the SmartClamps™ are in the way of the current cut sequence.

  • If any of the Clamps will interfere with the current cutting operation, the LED light adjacent to each interfering Clamp will turn red and will also be highlighted in red on the Cut Preview screen.
