Head Wheel Adjustment: All Current CMC Models Except the Z1

WARNING: To avoid damage to the Head, do not loosen the Head wheel screws without first aligning the Head to the middle of the Board.

  • Adjust the Allen Head Wheel Adjustment Screws if the Head Wheels are loose, which may cause swooping, notches, not cutting through on one side of the mat and other similar problems.

  • Go to the Cut Preview Screen.

  • Move the Head to the middle of the Board and click the Power Button to Align the Head.
