New Guide in Relation to an Object: Alignment Tab

Select the opening.

Click the New Guide button.

Select the desired Direction and Placement to place a Guide onto the Editor.

• New Vertical Guide

  • Left

  • Middle

  • Right

• New Horizontal Guide

  • Top

  • Middle

  • Bottom

The Guide is placed in the specified position of the selected opening.

Note: To place a Guide a specified distance to the Inside of an object, select New Guide From Other and select the desired direction and placement, then enter the distance value as a negative number.
