Check the Even Borders checkbox to apply the same value to all Four Borders when one value is changed. The Even Borders setting does not affect resizing the Borders with the mouse. The Even Borders setting only affects the edit fields on the Borders Properties Tab. Border	Select Even Borders to Make All Borders the Same Value
Uncheck the Even Borders checkbox to edit each border entry individually.	Unselect Even Borders to Make the Borders Different Values
