The Reverse Bevel Open V-Groove involves two symmetrical cuts: one in the fallout and a corresponding cut in the matboard, both forming a mirrored arrangement a specified distance apart.
The matboard core is not visible but the lower layer matboard surface is visible from the front.
The Bevel Type refers to the angle at which the blade cuts the surface of the matboard when it deviates from the 90° right angle cut.
First Cut: Cuts the Interior cut into the Fallout Clockwise: Reverse Bevel Drop.
Second Cut: Cuts the Exterior cut into the Matboard Counter-Clockwise: Reverse Bevel Opening.
The Drop is one of the categories within certain opening styles, like the initial section cut of an Open V-Groove.
However, it cannot be chosen as a standalone bevel type within the Design Editor.
Select Reverse Drop or Reverse Drop-Front of Mat from the Current Bevel Type Dropdown Control in the Configurations to edit the interior cut configuration.
