Break All Intersections

Select Edit > Break All Intersections to Break All Segments where they Intersect With Other Segments (where objects cross each other).

The Break Tool tool is used to Bisect the Selected Segments at the point where they Intersect in the Trace software.

The Break All Intersections function bisects ALL Segments in the design where they intersect in the Trace software.

Breaking All Intersections
This example displays four lines that intersect and cross over each other. In order to edit the portions of this design, we will need to Break the Intersections. Select Edit > Break All Intersections. The Break Tool tool is used to Bisect the Selected Segments at the point where they Intersect in the Trace software.
