If you are running FrameShop version FrameShop 4.1 or above you can update your software by clicking on Options then Check For Update.

The FrameShop software does not see the ECU and gives a Click to Connect or a Could not connect to ECU message. This will show you how to reconnect the ECU to FrameShop. |  |
Close FrameShop. |  |
Turn off the ECU. | |
Unplug the USB cable from the back of the ECU and from the computer. | |
Replug in the USB cable to the back of the ECU and to the computer. | |
Turn on the ECU. | |
Reopen the FrameShop software. The software should now detect the ECU. | |
