Please box up the following two items for return:

• Head
• Driver Pack
Please see the following removal instructions for each part.

Head Removal

  • Turn off the air.

  • Turn off the Computer.

  • Remove the Blade.

  • Remove the Head Hood (held with Phillips screws w/star washers) to make access to the Head Power Plug easier.

  • Unplug the Head Power Plug by gripping the white Head Power Plug housing firmly (not the flexible cable), and gently rock it back and forth while pulling up.

  • Turn off the air.

  • Turn off the Computer.

  • Remove the Blade.

  • Remove the Head Hood (held with Phillips screws w/star washers) to make access to the Head Power Plug easier.

  • Unplug the Head Power Plug by gripping the white Head Power Plug housing firmly (not the flexible cable), and gently rock it back and forth while pulling up.

  • Disconnect the air supply.

  • Disconnect the Air Line by unscrewing the Air Line connector.

  • Disconnect the air supply.

  • Disconnect the Air Line by unscrewing the Air Line connector.

  • Open the Head.

  • Remove the horizontal bolt from Head and right hinge on the Trolley Plate using the 9/64 Allen wrench.

  • If there is no horizontal bolt, remove the small Allen screw to the right of right-hand Hinge.

  • Open the Head.

  • Remove the horizontal bolt from Head and right hinge on the Trolley Plate using the 9/64 Allen wrench.

  • If there is no horizontal bolt, remove the small Allen screw to the right of right-hand Hinge.

  • Gently slide Head to the right (rocking up and down may help).

  • Gently slide Head to the right (rocking up and down may help).

  • The Head should now slide off the left hinge pins.

  • The Head should now slide off the left hinge pins.

Removing the Driver Pack

  • Power off the Driver Pack.

  • Power off the Driver Pack.

  • Unplug the Board Cable (large grey or black cable) from the back of the Driver Pack by turning black locking ring and pulling gently.

  • Unplug the Board Cable (large grey or black cable) from the back of the Driver Pack by turning black locking ring and pulling gently.

  • Unplug the Driver Pack Power Cord.

  • Unplug the Driver Pack Power Cord.

  • Unplug the USB Cable from the back of the Driver Pack.

  • Return the Driver Pack to Wizard.

  • Unplug the USB Cable from the back of the Driver Pack.

  • Return the Driver Pack to Wizard.

Packaging up the Parts

  • Bubble-wrap the Head and the Driver Pack and put it in the box.

  • Bubble-wrap the parts.

  • Fill the rest of the box with bubble-wrap/packaging peanuts.

  • Ship the box back to Wizard.

  • Bubble-wrap the Head and the Driver Pack and put it in the box.

  • Bubble-wrap the parts.

  • Fill the rest of the box with bubble-wrap/packaging peanuts.

  • Ship the box back to Wizard.

  • Give the packages to your regular Fed-Ex delivery pickup.

    • If you do not have regular Fed-Ex delivery, call 1-800-GOFEDEX (1-800-463-3339) to arrange pickup.
