Creating a Vinyl Element

  • These instructions show how to place a Vinyl element into your design.

  • The Vinyl Tool Cartridge is used to cut designs out of vinyl material that has been temporarily adhered to a piece of matboard.

  • These vinyl designs can be applied to glass and other surfaces like any other traditional vinyl cutout. 

  • Click the Add Other Openings button on the Openings tab.

  • Select Vinyl from the drop-down control.

  • The Vinyl object is placed on the Design editor.

  • Click on the Properties tab to edit the Vinyl element if desired.
