Set Advanced Options: Remnant Trimming 

  • Select the desired Remnant Trimming direction on the CMC Z1, Z (9000z), 9000 and 8000+ from the Remnant Trimming dropdown control. This will trim off the remaining section of the matboard to make it easier to store the remaining pieces for future use.

Remnant Trimming feature trims off the remaining portion of the mat Horizontally or Vertically after cutting the design to make storing the leftovers easier.

See: Remnant Trimming Function

  • Make the desired selection for the Remnant Trimming as desired.

  • Click OK.

  • The CMC will cut with these settings.
