Not Cutting the Outside Display

The Cutting Preview will not display nor cut the Outside of the design if the Cut Outside toggle is selected Off.
Toggle the Cut Outside Off and the Cutting Preview will display and cut the Outside of the mat.

For Additional Information:
See Matboard Properties in the Design to turn on/off the Outside cut.
Select Options Menu > Cut Outside on the Cut Preview to cut the outside of the mat.
