Cartridges Involved

This Configuration element involves the following Cartridges.

Note: Not all cartridges are available for all CMC models.

Editing the Exterior Overcut on Creases

 Exterior Overcut Definition

The Exterior Overcut controls where the Blade Retracts from the Matboard (not the Fallout) on the Exterior cut.

The Exterior Overcut field is marked with a Red Arrow on the Configuration screen and the Map illustration.

If the Exterior Overcut is cut Too Long, Decrease the Exterior Overcut.

If the Exterior Overcut is cut Too Short, Increase the Exterior Overcut.

Select the Crease Cartridge Tab

Adjusting the Exterior Overcut

  • When adjusting Configurations, click the Plus/Minus on the desired field about five times.

  • Click OK and do another test cut.

  • Continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved.

Crease Exterior Overcut Too Long

Problem:

  • Exterior Overcut cuts Too Long.

Resolution:
