Thumbnail Definition

  • A Thumbnail is a visual sample of the selected Frame/Mat SKU. If the selected SKU does not contain a Thumbnail, one can be created in Visualization.

  • Take a photo or load an image file of the moulding that you wish to use and have that image displayed on the screen.

  • Click the down arrow next to the desired frame layer and select Set Texture to set the frame texture.

  • Optionally, select Set Texture with Auto Snap if the selection is high contrast enough to allow the software to automatically snap to the top and bottom of the texture as you draw the thumbnail selection.

  • Click and hold the left mouse button at the upper left corner of the frame or fill sample desired.

  • Drag to the lower right corner of the sample, using the smallest repeatable section of the frame texture.

  • Release the mouse button at the right end of the desired thumbnail image.

  • The repeating pattern is shown on the Selection Preview to assist with selection and rotation.

  • When finished, Save SKU Images to save this thumbnail to the SKU for future reference.
