Rotation Definition on V-Grooves |

The Outside Rotation controls for Swoops or Flares on the outside cut on non-oval V-Grooves.
Because this is a V-Groove, you will be using either the Outside Rotation or the Inside Rotation, based on which V-Groove line you are editing. The first cut is the interior V-Groove line and cut into the V-Groove fallout and not the matboard, and is cut in a clockwise direction. This uses the Inside Rotation. The second cut is the exterior V-Groove line and cut into the matboard and not on the V-Groove fallout, and is cut in a counter-clockwise direction. This uses the Outside Rotation.

Resolution:
When making adjustments, click the plus or minus button at the end of the desired field about four times. In Rotation, eight points equals one degree of rotation. Users usually make adjustments four points at a time. Click OK and do another test cut. Check the results of the cut and continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved.
