Change to the Debossing Tool Cartridge

Your cartridge may look slightly different than displayed below depending upon what CMC model you have, but changing the cartridge uses the same process.

  • The Deboss tool cartridges are labeled with the Deboss symbol on the end.  

  • The thin Deboss cartridge is white, medium is red, and wide is blue. 

  • Push blade cartridge release down to eject the current blade cartridge.

  • Turn the new cartridge over and reinsert into the head with the blade facing the CMC board and the notch on the back of the cartridge facing the head, until it clicks into place. It can only be inserted one way.

  • All of the Deboss tool cartridges are installed in the same manner.
