Exterior Overcut on Creases | |

The Exterior Overcut is where the cartridge continues into the corner before retracting from the matboard. It is displayed on the Configuration map as a Red Arrow. |

Make sure to select the Crease Cartridge Tab before making adjustments.

The Exterior Overcut is displayed on the Configuration Map and on the associated field as a red arrow. | |
Check against the Configuration Map of the Crease Cartridge to determine specifically which cuts are the Exterior Overcuts. Exterior Cuts cut into the matboard, not the fallout. |
Crease Exterior Overcut Too Long | |

This is viewed from the front of the mat. If the Exterior Overcut retracts the cartridge too late, it makes the exterior overcut too long. | |
Decrease the Exterior Overcut. | |
The corners will now meet up properly. | |
When making adjustments, click either the minus or plus button (-/+) at the end of the desired field about five or six times in the direction indicated. Click OK and do a test cut. Check the results of the cut and continue making adjustments until the desired outcome is achieved. |
Crease Exterior Overcut Too Short | |
