Adding Fonts: LetterMat vs. TTFs

LetterMat

LetterMats are fonts created by Wizard. LetterMat fonts not labelled DB or Pen can be cut. Additionally, any of the fonts can be Debossed or Penned.

TTF

True Type Fonts (TTF) are the True Type Fonts located in the /Windows/Fonts directory and may come from a wide variety of sources.

Clicking to Add a True Type Font will allow you to cut, Deboss or Pen the TTF with the CMC.

These fonts have not been tested by Wizard and results may vary, so feel free to experiment.

Add LetterMat to the Design

Use the Add Font button to add a LetterMat to the design; LetterMats are fonts created by Wizard. Clicking to Add a LetterMat Font will allow you to cut, Deboss or Pen the LetterMat with the CMC.

Click the Add Font button on the Openings tab.

Select the desired font for the LetterMat.

The LetterMat placeholder is placed on the Editor.

Set the Default for LetterMats

The default settings for the LetterMats can be set in the Admin > Editor section.

Edit the LetterMat 

Click on a LetterMat object and click on the Properties tab to edit the LetterMat Properties.
