  • Click Reset Motorsto turn off power to the motors.

  • Manually move the Head to the top of the Gantry and down again.

  • Remove the lower Gantry cover Cover by removing the screw holding it in place.

  • Manually move the head Head up on the Gantry.

  • With an 1/8” Allen wrench, loosen the Vertical Belt Tension Screw on the bottom of the Gantry rail Rail NEAR the screw that holds the Toothed Vertical Belt Pulley.

  • You may see the Toothed Vertical Belt Pulley spring out downward.

  • Snugly retighten the screw.

  • Reinstall the Gantry coverCover, replacing the screw you removed earlier.
