Loosen the backing board stabilizer screws at the bottom back of the panel.

Gently push on the panel from the back to loosen it from the double-sided tape holding it in position and remove the panel.

Remove the Control Valve Assembly
Unscrew the Control Valve retaining nut holding the base of the Control Valve knob on the Head.

Unscrew the Control Valve knob.

Go to the back of the Head.
If there is a zip-tie on the exhaust hoses, cut the zip-tie.

On the back of the head, disconnect the airlines from the Control Valve.
Later models have compression fittings as depicted in the photo.
To disconnect airline, compress the collar on the end of the fitting and pull the airline out of the fitting; the fittings are not required to be removed from the valve assembly.
Earlier models may have barbed fittings.
To disconnect, firmly grasp the airline close to end of the fitting and pull/twist the airline.
Pull out the Control Valve Assembly.

Replace the Control Valve Assembly
Re-attach the airlines to the replacement Control Valve Assembly.

Re-fit the Control Valve retaining nut and knob.
Tighten as depicted in photos.

Reattach the Left Panel
Replace the left panel into position and gently push it back onto the double-sided tape.
