| A Fragment is an unenclosed object in Trace that is not enclosed, such as a series of Lines, Arcs, Curves, or if , such when the design has been Exploded in Trace. In order to cut out an opening, the object must be an enclosed Circuit. V-Grooves and Deboss lines do not have to be enclosed.
