Select the default Layer Direction for Designing and Cutting.
Select Bottom Up to design from the bottom layer up.
Select Top Down to design from the top layer down.
Borders: Apply Borders To Top/Bottom Layer: Properties Tab
Guide Direction: Snapping Objects to the Bottom Layer
Guide Direction: Snapping Objects to the Top Layer
Guide Direction Properties: Properties Tab
Layer Direction: Trace
Apply Borders To: Editor Default Setting
Bottom Layer/Top Layer Positioning Toggle: Editor Default Setting
