Star of David Using #506: Star

  • These instructions will show you how to

get

  • make the Star of David

shape with

  • using the #506: Star template.

  • Click New Mat Design on the FrameShop Main Page.

  • Click Cancel on the New Openings Screen.

  • On the Openings Tab, bring the template #506: Star template onto the Editor.

  • Click on the Properties Tab to edit it.

  • Enter the desired size for the #506: Star opening.

  • If you click on the Template Parameter Map button, you will see that there are Three Modes to this particular template.

Info

  • Mode 0 - Size scaled to fit Opening size.

  • Mode 1 - Width and Height the same, using Opening Width.

  • Mode 2 - Width and Height the same, using Line Length parameter.

  • Line Length - Side length of each star point, only used for Mode 2.

  • Click on the Parameters tab.

  • Change the No. of Points to 6.

  • Change the Spikiness to 36.

  • Change the Mode to 1.
