The Archival Shell Box is part of the Premium Digital Content and can be purchased directly from the Store: Archival Shell and Reinforced Shell Boxes.
The material folds over and tucks into tabs to form the ends.
The lid Lid folds over and tucks into the baseBase.
This is cut from one piece of material.
Cut out the box Box at the desired dimension.
Fold the box Box sections along the creased edges.
Fold in the inner flaps of the boxBox.
Fold over the side end over the inner flaps of the boxBox.
Tuck the tab tabs of the side end of the box Box into the slots in the bottom of the boxBox, securing it in place.
Repeat the steps for the other side of the boxBox.
The two sides are secured in place.
Insert Fold in the two tabs in the center.
Fold the top part of the box into Box over the baseBase.
Insert the tabs from the top part of the box into the base to secure the boxClose the Box.
The box Box is completed.
